How we work with clients
Each client is assigned a manager responsible for commercial matters and a person responsible for warehouse operations, who handles everything to do with receiving, put-away and shipping. This split avoids situations where an urgent question about a truck gets stuck with a busy sales specialist.
Each warehouse shift is staffed by permanent employees: storekeepers, forklift operators and accounting system operators. All staff pass an internal certification under the complex's regulations before working independently.
Team competencies
Warehouse logistics: receiving and put-away, inventory management, stocktaking, working in the WMS under FIFO, LIFO and FEFO.
Foreign trade: working with a temporary storage warehouse, liaising with customs representatives, preparing documents for inspection procedures.
Warehouse handling: order picking, labelling and stickering to the requirements of retail chains and marketplaces, repacking and building transport batches.
