General provisions
This policy sets out how personal data of website users is processed and applies to all information the company may receive about a user while they use the website.
Using the website means the user agrees to this policy and the data processing terms set out in it.
What data we collect
When feedback forms are filled in, the company receives the name, phone number, email address, organisation name and the text of the message. This data is provided by the user voluntarily.
Anonymised technical data is collected automatically: device type, browser, referral source and the pages viewed. This information is used for statistical purposes only.
Purposes of data processing
Data is processed to respond to enquiries, prepare commercial proposals, conclude and perform warehouse storage contracts, and improve the website.
The company does not share personal data with third parties, except as expressly required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Data protection and storage
The company takes organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Data is kept for as long as needed to achieve the purposes of processing. Users may request deletion of their data by writing to the company's email address.
