Responsible storage in a class A complex. We receive, put away by address, pick and ship — every movement is recorded in the WMS.
Five services.
One responsible party.
Hand over a single warehouse operation or the whole cycle — from receiving to releasing the batch.
Three states.
Not a single blind spot.

We check and register
We verify quantity and packaging, print a label and assign a storage address.
- Moving goods to the receiving area
- Checking quantity and packaging integrity
- Registering in the WMS
- Putting away to rack storage addresses

- Batch + address
Stock is visible.
No need to call.
Instead of promises that “everything is under control” — a specific batch, a cell address, the quantity and the history of operations. Stock balances are provided at the client’s request.
Facts instead
of adjectives.
Three parameters that affect the safety of goods and the predictability of operations.
Wagons are unloaded inside the complex perimeter.
Akzhol 37/4, with direct access to the Astana ring road.
- +12…+25 °Call year round
- 24/7security and CCTV
- Sprinklersfire compartments
From storing a single pallet to warehouse outsourcing, temporary storage and wagon receiving — no third-party contractors.
Storekeepers, WMS operators and foreign trade specialists on the complex's staff, certified under internal regulations.
We bill occupied pallet places and completed operations. You don't pay for idle space.
Receiving rules, picking logic, reporting and document flow are tailored to your processes.
Not a building status,
but the cost of a pallet.
With 12-metre ceilings, the same footprint holds twice as many pallets as with 6-metre ones — so the cost of storing a pallet drops. Docks with levellers cut truck unloading from an hour and a half to forty minutes, and a smooth anti-dust floor lets equipment run at full speed.
Temperature and microclimate
From +12 °C in winter to +25 °C in summer, logged in a journal. Critical for household chemicals, cosmetics and drinks that lose their marketable condition when frozen.
Fire safety
A sprinkler system, automatic alarms and fire walls dividing the building into compartments — a mandatory condition for insuring inventory for many clients.
Lighting and power
Lighting is designed so that an operator can read labels without a torch and cameras produce a clear image. Security and server equipment have backup power.

Not just “everything's fine”.
What changed in the work.
What matters in a review is the context, the service used and the observed result. Below are anonymised mock-ups for agreeing on the format.

“We moved our stock in stages, so shipments to stores never stopped. Since addressed storage was launched, our manager can see batch movements in the WMS, and discrepancies are closed with photos on the day of receiving.”

“A delivery arrives in one piece, but we release it in parts. The SAPA team agreed the documents and placement in advance, so we spread our payments and didn't move the cargo between different sites.”

Frequently asked questions
A warehouse in Astana for storing, recording and handling goods
SAPA Logistics is a class A warehouse complex in Astana for companies that need more than just free space. We receive goods under a certificate, check quantity and packaging condition, put pallets away by address and record every operation in the WMS. The client sees current stock, movement history and the status of shipping requests. This format suits distributors, manufacturers, importers, retail chains and online stores with a regular flow of goods.
Our core service is responsible storage in Astana. The client pays for the pallet places actually occupied and the operations performed, and liability is fixed in the contract. For each product line you can set FIFO, LIFO or FEFO, separate receiving rules, and control of expiry dates, series and batches. The closed warehouse is kept at +12…+25 °C, the site is guarded around the clock, and CCTV and a sprinkler fire suppression system are in place.
If a business wants to hand over the entire warehouse cycle, we provide warehouse outsourcing: receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, labelling, packing and document preparation. Processes are set up around the client's product range and schedule. 12-metre ceilings make efficient use of the building's volume, docks with levellers speed up truck handling, and a smooth anti-dust floor keeps warehouse equipment operating safely. The WMS stores documents for every operation, so the client can reconcile stock movements without collecting data by hand and monitor service quality against agreed KPIs.
The same site also offers temporary storage and cross-docking, an open yard, picking areas and two covered railway sidings. Cargo can be received from a wagon or a truck, registered, stored and shipped to consignees without extra transport between contractors. This reduces the number of transfers, lowers the risk of damage and makes responsibility for the whole route clear.
The complex is located at Akzhol 37/4, close to the exit to the Astana ring road. Trucks can enter around the clock; the main districts of the city are usually 30–40 minutes away. Before launch we agree the list of operations, request processing times, reporting format and the people responsible on both sides. To get a proposal, just leave your phone number and briefly describe the task: a manager will clarify volume, turnover and handling requirements and then prepare a suitable workflow.
