Who we are
SAPA Logistics has been operating successfully in warehouse logistics since 2015. Over this time we have gained extensive hands-on experience and built a team of highly qualified specialists, creating solutions that help clients optimise their business and make it more efficient.
Our site is located in Astana at Akzhol 37/4. It is a class A logistics complex with high ceilings, a controlled temperature range, a full dock group and its own railway tracks. The complex operates around the clock under security and CCTV.
Our approach
We follow a simple principle: we handle the logistics, you handle the sales. The client shouldn't have to think about who will be on shift, whether there are enough forklifts or where to find a particular pallet. The warehouse operator deals with these questions — that is its direct responsibility.
Every client gets an individual workflow. Receiving rules, picking logic, reporting format and document flow are set up around the company's processes, not the other way round.
What we do
Responsible storage of goods using a Warehouse Management System under LIFO, FIFO and FEFO. Loading and unloading of all types of transport. Addressed put-away and rack storage. Order picking, labelling, sorting, repacking and stickering. Cross-docking, temporary storage services and receiving cargo at our railway sidings.
All these operations are carried out on one site by the complex's own staff, without outside contractors.
Company details and documents
The company is registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and operates under a warehouse storage contract. Full legal entity details, BIN and bank details are provided when the contract is prepared; a presentation of the complex is available from a manager on request.
The complex is insured; the warehouse is equipped with a sprinkler fire suppression system and divided into fire compartments in line with current regulations.

Storage, temporary storage, wagon receiving and picking are done by the complex's own staff. We don't hire outside — we take responsibility for the whole cycle ourselves.
