Getting started

We work from 10 pallet places. For small batches, responsible storage with payment for the cells actually occupied is a good fit; from 500 pallet places a dedicated block is more cost-effective.
If pallet places are available, the first receiving is possible on the 3rd–5th working day after the tariffs are agreed and the contract is signed.
A certificate of registration of the legal entity or sole proprietor, BIN/IIN, bank details and documents for the cargo. For temporary storage, shipping documents are also required.
Yes, tours of the complex are given by the head of warehouse operations; book by phone or through the form on the website.

Money and contract

The tariff has two parts: storage per pallet place per day and warehouse handling per operation — receiving, picking, shipping, labelling. One-off work is charged separately according to the price list.
Yes. Responsible storage is formalised by a contract, goods are received under a certificate recording quantity and packaging condition, and the complex is insured.
A daily stock report, a movement report for the period, a certificate of work completed and a reconciliation at the end of the month.

Warehouse and operations

Yes, clients get access to a WMS personal account: stock, movements, expiry dates and order statuses are updated in real time.
Around +25 °C in summer and no lower than +12 °C in winter. The range is maintained all year round and logged in a control journal.
The warehouse works around the clock; receiving and shipping at weekends are agreed in advance on request.
Yes, for such products we use FEFO: the system itself offers the batch with the nearest expiry date for shipping.
Yes, we prepare batches: stickering, repacking, building boxes and pallets to marketplace requirements.

Cargo and security

Yes. The complex has a temporary storage warehouse with open and closed areas; we work with customs procedures and cross-docking.
Yes, the complex has two covered railway sidings with its own tracks, and unloading takes place inside the guarded perimeter.
The discrepancy is recorded in a certificate with a photo report, and the goods are placed in a quarantine area until the client decides.
The complex is responsible for the warehouse side; we arrange delivery through trusted carriers across Astana and the regions of Kazakhstan.
The site is guarded around the clock, CCTV is installed, and vehicle entry and exit are recorded at the checkpoint.
The warehouse has a sprinkler fire suppression system and fire alarms, and is divided into fire compartments.
