With bulk storage, a 2–3 % mis-pick rate is considered normal.
You hand over the goods under a certificate — from that moment the complex is responsible for quantity, condition and dates. Addressed put-away, WMS records and stock balances on request. You pay for the cells actually occupied and the operations, from 10 pallet places.
Fixed warehouse costs
become variable
When you rent, responsibility for the goods stays with you: you get the space and manage it yourself. With responsible storage, the goods are handed over to the warehouse under a certificate. For companies with up to a thousand pallet places this is cheaper than their own warehouse: no off-season rent, no warehouse staff salaries in the low season, no purchase of equipment and accounting software licences.
Liability for goods
A stock report is provided at the client’s request.
Receiving under a certificate
We record quantity and packaging condition. In case of a discrepancy or damage the goods go to a quarantine area with photo evidence, and you decide what to do.
Pay for actual use
A two-part tariff: storage per pallet place per day and warehouse handling per operation. You don't pay for empty cells.
Scale without moving
Take more cells in season and fewer in the low season. No need to look for new premises or stop shipments.
Climate and safety
+12…+25 °C all year round, sprinkler fire suppression, 24/7 security, storage areas separated by client.
Handling of goods
Order picking, stickering, labelling and repacking are done on the same site, without outside contractors.
Stock is visible.
No need to call.
Addressed storage is the mechanism behind responsible storage: every place has an address (row, rack, level, cell), and goods are put away not wherever there is space but according to a rule assigned by the system. Stock balances are provided at the client’s request.
What it gives you
in numbers
A separate benefit is transparency in disputes: the scan history shows which cell each box was taken from, by whom and when.
Instead of 5 hours: the operator follows a route instead of searching for goods.
Done selectively by zone during normal operation; the warehouse doesn't close.
The certificate of work completed and reconciliation — at the end of each month.
What goods we accept
for storage
Each group has its own put-away scheme and its own rules for what can sit next to it on the rack.
We work with
- dry food and beverages;
- household chemicals and cosmetics;
- clothing, footwear, marketplace goods;
- electronics and home appliances;
- auto parts, packaging;
- building and finishing materials.
Not accepted for storage
Dangerous goods that require a specialised warehouse, and goods that need deep-freeze conditions. We say so openly at the first meeting, so you don't waste time on negotiations that won't lead anywhere.

Receiving
We compare the actual quantity with the expected one, record discrepancies, and the batch gets an identifier with its date and expiry.
Addressed put-away
The system assigns an address based on turnover, weight, size and compatibility. Put-away is confirmed by scanning.
Storage and records
Stock is visible in the personal account, storage conditions are monitored, and stocktaking is selective without stopping the warehouse.
Picking
The system calculates the picking route and every box taken is scanned — mis-picks are ruled out.
Shipping
A request from the account goes into the picking queue; the shipment is documented and recorded in the batch history.
How it works in practice
Warehouse move in 6 shifts without stopping shipments
The client rented premises without racking and lost up to 4 hours a day searching for goods.
Picking accuracy rose to 99.6 %, and order picking time fell from 5 to 1.5 hours.
FEFO storage with no expiry write-offs
Goods with a limited shelf life were regularly written off because of “convenience” picking.
The system offers the batch with the nearest date first, and critical stock appears in a report in advance.
