Public offer
An offer to conclude a contract for warehouse services on the terms set out below. Version of 12 August 2026.
Subject of the offer
The company offers legal entities and sole proprietors a contract for warehouse services: receiving, put-away, storage, warehouse handling and shipping of goods and materials.
The full list of services, tariffs and procedures is set out in the contract and its annexes.
Procedure for providing services
Goods are received into the warehouse under a certificate recording the number of packages and packaging condition. The data is entered into the accounting system, after which the goods are put away to storage addresses.
Shipping is carried out on the basis of the customer's request submitted through the personal account or an agreed communication channel. The lead time for a request is set out in the procedures annexed to the contract.
Price and payment procedure
The price consists of a storage fee charged per pallet place per day and a fee for warehouse operations charged per unit of operation performed.
The billing period is a calendar month. At the end of the period the parties sign a certificate of work completed and reconcile mutual settlements.
Liability of the parties
The company is liable for the safety of goods accepted for storage to the extent set out in the contract, from the moment the receiving certificate is signed until the goods are handed over to the customer or carrier.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information about the goods, including storage requirements, expiry dates and the availability of accompanying documents.
Final provisions
The contract is deemed concluded once signed by the parties and remains in force until the end of the term specified in it. All disputes are settled through negotiation or, failing agreement, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
